Consegna’s Computational Drug Delivery™ artificial intelligence (AI) based software, called ADSR™, calculates a formulation specification using information about the active ingredient, the excipients, the desired release performance, and the end environment (e.g., subcutaneous, intramuscular, within brain tissue, etc.).

ADSR™ collapses the time and cost to create these formulations, but more importantly, its in vivo predictions reduce clinical trial risk and its parametric sensitivity modeling reduces manufacturing scale up risk.
